Dryer
Dehumidify Dryer
Further developed and improved two tower type dehumidifying dryer. Maximum dew point is -60 ℃ or lower.
Feature
- By supplying dry hot air to achieve quick drying, productivity is high.
- Economical design that saves electricity for blowing and heating by circulating dry air.
- Reduction of molding loss due to circulation design that promises stable drying at -40 ℃ regardless of weather conditions.
- Dehumidified products are durable and glossy.
- Low power cost, low molding loss and simple maintenance. In other words, it boasts a fast return on investment.
- Compared to the conventional Hopper Dryer, the capital investment cost is much higher, but if it is used more than 6 months, it generates more profit.
- It shows outstanding effects in drying engineering plastics such as PET, PBT, PC, NYLON as well as general plastics.
- The best drying is possible by expanding the cooling line in the existing two-top system.
- The dehumidifier uses UOP's Molecular Sieve (USA) products, and the 4-way valve that selects the dehumidification tower is also a perfect ball valve type that is used for precision dehumidification.
- All parts are configured independently for easy maintenance.
- Low Dew Point dehumidifying dryer (-40˚C ~ -60˚C): Maintains uniformity of low dew point.
- Touch Panel, Dehumidification Air Flow Check Air Flow Meter (Basic option): Built-in dew point,, ∙ check of abnormality of each part, temperature control, line check.
- Equipped with high efficiency cooling cooler (utility model application).
- Convenient dehumidifiers can be changed even for beginners. (Molecular sieve)
Dew point data of 2-tower type dehumidifier

- Dehumidification Hopper has 50mm double insulation, which blocks 100% of condensation due to the deviation between inside and outside of Hopper.
- The reservation function and the transfer of raw materials are provided as basic specifications to enhance the convenience of use.
Drying performance curve

- Specifications of the product may change depending on the grade of raw materials, drying temperature, initial moisture content, etc.
- Products other than the standard specifications are made to order.
